Jessica will host and guide the session, but the atmosphere is relaxed and social. There's no experience needed and no pressure to produce anything polished at the end - just a couple of hours to sketch and connect in a safe, women-only space.

A note about this session:
This session is a women-only space. Please keep phones on silent during poses out of respect for our model. Please arrive a little before the session to set-up, make introductions and settle in.

Social life drawing classes held across Sydney and the Central Coast. Grab a glass of bubbes, a stick of charcoal and celebrate the beauty of the female form.

A woman with curly hair posing nude on a white couch for a life drawing class, with two colorful abstract paintings on a white brick wall behind her, and a green potted plant nearby. The caption reads 'Model Diversity'.

I believe strongly in model diversity and representation in terms of age and body size. There is no one type of body and in turn our classes will reflect this. Most of our models are completely new to posing nude and have chosen to model with the intention of having fun in a safe female only environment; to try something new and challenge themselves and for some, find a love and acceptance for their own body.

People sit together drawing women's bodies on clipboards during a life drawing class, with a woman in a floral dress sketching a figure and another person working on a different drawing, while others in the background engage in creative activities.

Relaxed social life drawing, these are not your traditional art classes. While guidance and tips will be given, classes are intended to be fun and celebratory, a chance to appreciate the endless beauty of the female form while making new friendships and hopefully leave feeling a little more in love with your own bodies.
